04Speaking

I talk about what produced the problem, not about what to install.

Conference talks and internal company events, built from cases rather than from frameworks. The subject is always the same: what in the structure produced the problem, and why the practice installed to fix it did not survive contact with it.

01Why the fix came backThe reorg that reverted, the framework that made things slower, the coaching engagement that ended where it started. Not execution failures: the structural conditions that produced the original problem were never touched.
02Scaling without adding coordinationWhat happens to delivery when an organization grows by specialty, and what LeSS changes when it works: product management and engineering as one stream rather than two. From redesigning how 400 people worked at YSoft and 10,000 at Česká spořitelna.
03AI adoption is a structure problemThree patterns that stop AI investment from reaching the business: too much control, too little, and decisions that do not stick. The tools work. The structure absorbs what they produce.
04Technical excellence as a structural conditionWhy test coverage, continuous integration and code ownership are outputs of how teams are organized and measured, not practices you can install. Scrum and Kanban make the same bet and lose it the same way: the practices that survive are the ones the structure stopped punishing.

Conferences: LeadCraft, the LeSS Conference, Agile Prague, the Engineering Leaders Community, and meetups and camps across Europe. Internal company events are the more useful half: the room already shares one structure, so the talk can be about theirs.
